Plans and pricing
Every supplier decision, on record.
Vittnor — Supply Chain Assurance for the mid-market. Free covers the five suppliers that matter most; when your register grows, a paid plan adds room for more suppliers and the people working on them.

What every plan does
The whole loop is in every plan, Free included — from the scope check to the decision.
Scope
- 15 supplier types and 75 typical services, plus services of your own.
- A five-question scope check per supplier type or per service; one "In" answer puts it in scope.
Assess
- Twelve questions; a tier for each of six categories, Low to Critical.
- The overall tier is the worst category, not an average.
Evidence
- Questionnaires from 35 ready-made requirements in seven groups, or your own.
- Answer from your own records or, where the supplier has joined Vittnor, request the open items with an optional due date.
- Approve, or reject with a reason; versions kept; a thread on each item.
Decide
- Approve, Approve with risk or Reject, with a frozen snapshot.
- Periods of 1 to 36 months; the next review starts on its own, and an undecided one shows as Decision required.
- In-app reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before a period ends, and your supplier is reminded in the app 7 and 1 days before requested evidence is due.
The record
- Each decision shows who recorded it and when.
- Files up to 25 MB (PDF, Word, images), a SHA-256 fingerprint at upload, download links that expire.
Platform
- Suppliers answer your requests in Vittnor, free of charge.
- English and Slovak per person; sign in with Microsoft.
- Stored in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central).
Free for the side answering the questions.
Answering your customers' requests is free of charge, and it never uses one of your supplier places. On Free, up to 10 people from your company can help answer. If you also review your own suppliers, the plan limits apply to that side.
What we're building next
None of it is a feature of any plan today.
For every plan
- A timeline of decisions for each supplier.
- An export of your supplier register for the auditor.
- How a scope verdict and a risk tier were reached, on screen.
- Your own details for each supplier: legal name, company ID, contact person.
- Risk-assessment answers proposed from the supplier type and your scope check, counted only once you confirm them.
- Internal notes kept apart from messages to the supplier.
- Your supplier list brought in from a spreadsheet.
- For suppliers: a history of what you've already answered.
The way in today
None of the plans is open to new organizations yet; the way in is the pilot. You sign a pilot agreement, join free or at compute cost as it sets out, and work on your real suppliers without the Free limits. When a plan opens on Microsoft Marketplace, you move to it.
Questions about the plans
When does Free open?
Soon, on Microsoft Marketplace. Until then the pilot is the way in, and it runs without the Free limits.
When do Starter and Growth open?
After Free, on Microsoft Marketplace. Their prices are published when they open.
What does Free leave out?
Every plan has the whole loop, from the scope check to the decision. Paid plans add room for more suppliers and people, guided onboarding with our team and, once it's built, reminders by email.
What counts as a supplier, and who counts as a person?
A supplier counts once you start work on it: a review or a requirement. Admins and Reviewers are the people working on your suppliers. Members answer your customers' requests and work only on those, so they never count as users or use a supplier place.
We're a supplier. What does Vittnor cost us?
Answering your customers' requests is free of charge, and up to 10 people from your company can help on Free. If you also review your own suppliers, the plan limits apply to that side.
How do we pay for a paid plan?
Through Microsoft Marketplace, once the plan opens there. Your suppliers, reviews and evidence stay where they are when you move up.
Our Terms of Service govern every plan.
